Unsigned build; Gatekeeper needs a one-time approval on first launch.

These installers are not code-signed yet. Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper will warn you the first time. The steps below show exactly what to expect, so you can decide whether you are comfortable with it.

Install

Four minutes, start to first preview.

  1. 01

    Run the installer

Open Neaflo-setup.exe from your Downloads folder. Windows may hide it behind a SmartScreen notice.

  2. 02

    Get past SmartScreen

Choose More info, then Run anyway. This appears because the installer is not code-signed yet, not because anything was detected.

  3. 03

    Pick the folder to watch

Neaflo opens on the Dashboard. Open the workflow builder and choose the source folder—Downloads is a good first one.

    C:\Users\<you>\Downloads
  4. 04

    Preview before anything moves

Press Preview changes. Neaflo lists every destination and tells you plainly that nothing has changed yet.

First run

Neaflo opens on the Dashboard with a guided tour.

The tour walks you through the Dashboard, the workflow builder, and the Preview step. You can skip it and come back later from Settings. A starter workflow is already on the canvas—Downloads, then year, month and file category, then Move—so the first thing you do is pick a folder and press Preview.

Safety features you can rely on.

Preview, no-overwrite handling, local history and guarded undo are the parts we treat as non-negotiable—but please keep a backup habit for anything irreplaceable, the same as with any tool that touches your files.
