The deal, in plain words.
Draft · last reviewed 28 July 2026
This is a working draft, not a finished legal document. It describes our actual intent honestly, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need certainty for a business decision, ask us first.
The short version
Who you are agreeing with
Neaflo is made and run by the Neaflo team — two independent developers based in Indonesia. There is no company behind it, and these terms are an agreement between you and us as individuals.
In these terms, "Neaflo" means the desktop application and this website; "we" and "us" mean the Neaflo team; and "you" mean the person using it.
Your licence to use Neaflo
You may install and use Neaflo on computers you own or control, for personal or commercial work, at no cost under the Free plan. This licence lasts for as long as you follow these terms.
The software itself stays ours. You may not:
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Neaflo as your own product.
- Remove or obscure any notice of authorship inside the app.
- Reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law expressly allows it regardless of this clause.
- Use it to break the law, or to move files you have no right to touch.
Your files stay yours
We claim no ownership of, and no licence over, anything Neaflo moves for you. Local file processing runs on your device; we do not receive your files, file names, or folder paths. The privacy notice describes this in detail.
Your responsibility — please read this one
Neaflo moves files on your computer. That is what it is for, and it means mistakes have real consequences. You decide which folders it watches and what your workflows do, so the results are your responsibility.
We build deliberate safeguards — Preview shows every destination before anything moves, existing files are never overwritten, unstable files are deferred, every run is recorded locally, and undo is blocked rather than guessed at when a file has changed. Those reduce risk. They do not eliminate it.
Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose, the same as you would with any tool that touches your files. Software has bugs, disks fail, and operating systems behave in ways nobody planned for.
Accounts
You do not need an account to use Neaflo for local workflows. An account only becomes relevant if you join a plan waitlist or connect Google Drive.
If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You can delete your account at any time by asking us.
Plans and payment
Neaflo is free today. No payment provider is connected, no plan can be purchased, and nothing on this site can charge you. Any prices shown are drafts published early so they are not a surprise later.
If paid plans open, we will say what changes and when before it takes effect. We will not silently switch off a workflow that is already running in your folders.
Google Drive (beta)
If you connect a Google account, you are also bound by Google's own terms for that service. The connection is made from your device and speaks to Google directly.
Drive support is a beta feature. It may change, break, or be withdrawn, and you should not depend on it for anything critical.
What we do not promise
Neaflo is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of bugs, that it will suit a particular purpose, that it will always be available, or that it will never lose or misplace a file.
This website and any account services can go offline without notice. There is no service level agreement and no guaranteed support response time. We are two people, and we answer what we can.
Limits on what we owe you
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Neaflo.
Because Neaflo is provided free of charge, no refund or compensation is owed for it. If paid plans open later, refund terms will be published with them.
Nothing here removes rights you have under Indonesian consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement.
Ending it
You can stop using Neaflo at any time — uninstall it, and delete your account if you made one. Your workflows and history live on your own machine, so they leave with you.
We may end your licence if you break these terms, and we may discontinue Neaflo entirely. If we shut the service down, we will give what notice we reasonably can.
Changes to these terms
These terms will change as the product does. Material changes will appear here with a new review date before they take effect. Continuing to use Neaflo after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute will be handled in the Indonesian courts.
